• A five-member committee is appointed to oversee content management. This committee is responsible for ensuring that the information published is accurate, relevant, and appropriate. The committee also supervises content structure, presentation, and alignment with institutional goals.
• Content updates, removals, or corrections are executed only after being reviewed by the designated authorities within the committee, ensuring a high level of quality control.

4. Role of the IT Administrator

• The website’s IT Administrator plays a pivotal role in the technical management of the platform. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of the website, maintaining its security, and managing its functionality.
• The IT Administrator works in close collaboration with the five-member committee, under whose guidance the technical updates and content uploads are carried out. This ensures that the content management process is streamlined and responsive to institutional requirements.
• The administrator ensures that content is uploaded promptly and maintains the technical integrity of the website’s various components.

5. Guidance and Oversight

The website operates under the direct guidance of the Principal and Manager of The Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College. These key institutional figures ensure that all decisions regarding the website’s content, design, and updates align with the broader goals and objectives of the college. They also provide oversight for policy adherence, ensuring the website remains a trusted source of information.
