Kozhikode, December 2023 – The Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College successfully organized its highly anticipated Fine Arts Day 2023-24, titled 'KALAI' Fine Arts Fest, under the leadership of the college union. The event unfolded in two phases: Off-stage events took place from December 12 to December 14, 2023, while the stage events ran from December 19 to December 21, 2023.

The festival featured an array of cultural and artistic competitions, allowing students to showcase their talents in music, dance, drama, and visual arts. The vibrant festivity culminated in a grand valedictory function on December 21, 2024, with renowned musician Padmasree Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri inaugurating the closing ceremony. His presence added prestige to the event, inspiring students and attendees alike with his profound words and artistic legacy.
