On 5th June 2024, The Zamorin's Guruvayurappan College (ZGC) celebrated World Environment Day with a special tree planting event near the College Library Block. The initiative, aimed at promoting environmental awareness and sustainability, involved the planting of saplings of fruit-bearing trees. The event was inaugurated by our beloved Principal, Dr. Rajani B, and was organized by the College Nature Club in collaboration with the Bhoomitra Sena initiative of the government and the Department of Botany. This meaningful activity highlighted the college’s ongoing commitment to environmental conservation and was met with enthusiastic participation from the college community
